"Secret Audition" picked up by MGM following a deal with M6 Group
M6 Group has chosen Metro Goldwyn Mayer and Mark Burnett to sign an exploitation agreement for the “Secret Audition”, produced by Studio 89 based on the format owned by Studio 89, Explay Music and La Casa.
This agreement is for operation in 12 territories: The United States, Canada, Australia, UK, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and India.
Broadcast on the M6 channel from July 24, "Secret Audition" is a unique entertainment show that allows you to discover new talents by placing loved ones at the heart of the device. The launch of the show was a great success with 25% market share on the commercial target, allowing M6 to rank as the leader of the evening.
This agreement positions Studio 89, the internal non-scripted production unit of the M6 Group, as a new player in the format sales market.
