Each week, they will go to a region to taste the cuisine of 8 restaurant owners and each day, two restaurants will face each other. Run by true lovers of their region, they are keen to show the traditions of their land: from the decoration to the specialty dishes and the atmosphere, two chefs will judge the restaurateurs and designate the one that showcases their region the most.
The chefs will award 4 scores to each restaurant: the welcome and the decoration, the appetizer, and two dishes. The restaurant with the best average will go to the final on Friday and compete against the 3 other winners.
