The Nation's Big Cooking Battle

Cooking competition that pits 56 chefs, who defend their local cuisine and their great regional signature dishes in a big national contest. For 8 weeks, 56 teams from every corner of France will battle it out in a competition where good humor, a little chauvinistic, will rub shoulders with the pressure of a big culinary competition where everyone wants their region to win the Trophy and a Prize of 10,000€!
Each region is represented by a delegation of chefs who love their terroir. They all want to prove that their cuisine is the best of the country. They will be judged by 3 professionals, as well as the other delegations.
GAMEPLAY Each week, 8 regions compete on the set. Each day, from Monday to Thursday, 2 regions will compete in 2 events: - The Tradition Round, in which delegations have to cook their traditional dish on an imposed theme. - The Creation Round, where they create -always on an imposed theme- a dish thanks to their regional products.
At the end of each day, the region who won the most points is selected for Friday's Finale. After 8 weeks of tough and fun competition, the 4 winning regions will fight for a place in the Grand National Finale!
EVOLUTIVE FORMAT This nation-wide competition format is also available for a Prime Time slot, and be made with international contestants for a global cooking battle.
