The program is based on a full-scale experiment: the family moves into an apartment frozen in time and, for several days, abides by the strict rules that once governed women's lives.
The objective is to explore, to understand — and to feel — the contrast between the condition of women in the 1960's and today, through an immersive, emotional, and educational experience. Using never-before-seen archive footage, with the help of generative Artificial Intelligence, she must transform herself into the "perfect" wife of the time.
How would she and her family react when they discovered that a woman in those days had to stay at home cooking, cleaning, washing, for her whole family? That she had to be ready for anything to stay beautiful and slim? That she couldn't dress the way she wanted? And above all, that a woman in those days had to obey her husband in all circumstances. One thing is for sure: this 60-year leap back in time will plunge this woman and her family into a whole new world.
