In each episode, 2 or 3 clients will be given the ultimate makeover, as follows:
1. The relative enters the agency and presents why he wants their help for a friend;
2. The participant comes in, and our team is here to understand the right makeover;
3. The participant goes from one expert to another for the make-over;
4. The relative joins the team for the reveal moment, while the client finally sees the result!
